The benefits of saul's watchmen in your life...(when you stay in God)

  • they cause you to run to God
  • they help you to cling to God
  • They challenge you to put your trust in the Lord
  • They cause you to lift your eyes expectantly to God, cause He is the only one that gives hope
  • They cause you to dive into the word, searching for truth
  • they cause you tog row strong in the Lord
  • they cause you to mature in love and in patience
  • they cause you to a higher obedience in God
  • they cause you to pray for your persecutors
  • they cause you to rejoice cause you are blessed (matthew 5:11)
  • they cause you tog row in faithfulness towards God
  • they cause you tog row in humbleness and servant hood
  • they cause you to be a light in the darkness
  • salt on the earth
  • to walk in meekness
  • to be confident in God and His spoken word to you
  • to let peace reign in your mind
  • to grow in long-suffering
  • in patience
  • to turn your other cheek
  • to grow in kindness
  • in goodness
  • in gentleness
  • in self control
  • in the fruit of the spirit
  • to grow in the first and second commandment
  • to take no offenses toward God, nor people
  • in letting God being your Defender
  • let go and let God
  • grow in wisdom, in how to deal with the situation and the watchmen
  • increase in faith
  • to die on yourself
  • opening your heart to God, letting Him in your wounds and brokenness of heart
  • to grow and learn to forgive
  • to grow in discernment; what comes from God and what comes from 'the pit of hell'
  • it tenderizes your heart
  • grow in compassion for the watchmen
  • being a vessel of God, and demonstarting Him
  • to look further then your natural eyes
  • to walk in the spirit
  • not fulfil the lust of the flesh

etc etc, there are a lot, remember this is only when you walk in godliness when you walk in the spirit. Otherwise you end into bitterness, anger and the whole nine yards...

Set your mind on things above, not on the things of the earth. Colossians 3:2
I believe that this might be the whole thing...the problem is that we do not have our eyes fixed on Him, but on the circumstances... we look with our natural eyes instead of His eyes.
But; there's something bigger going on! There's Someone bigger than us!
