The love of Jesus for His Bride is perfect regardless of our personal state of maturity.
Maturity will come as we run after Him; we are called to go from knowing about Him to knowing Him- and loving Him with all our heart.
The Song of Songs is a story about Jesus loving His Bride into maturity. In her weaknesses, in her insecurities, in her failings she is loved. That assurance releases power for transformation. Perfect love will cast out fear.
The God of heaven seeks voluntary lovers, not trembling slaves.
Fill your mind with the truth of how Gos sees you.
His love is totally unrelated to how you have behaved the past week.
His love is an eternal love, it will not end the first time you fail. His love endures forever (Psalm 118:1).
She cannot be offended with one who is perfect in all His ways.
The one thing that will draw immature believers into pursuit to Jesus is a heart on fire.
A 'holy virus' is released when others see your undying love for the King.
Little do we know that loving Jesus will lead us not only into His heart, but also in trouble.
Brought into His chambers, the maiden discovers the darkness of her heart. The deeper we go into the heart of Jesus, the more we confront our own weaknesses and shameful ways.
If we focus on our darkened soul we will soon grow depressed and introspective. If we focus on Christ and His view of our life, we will mature and give our life away to Him. SOS 1:5, I am dark yet lovely!
He knows our love is immature, but He sees more than the outward failures; He sees the beauty of His life forming within you.
Love created you out of Love, to share Love with you.
